For the most part this product is great! The clips do stay in, and the color was exactly as shown (which is a huge plus). I took off ome star for this reason, it's not real hair so it's not the greatest material. Basically it does shed, but I didnt take too much off because for the price that's expected, but for the price these are really good. I wore them all day at my job up in a bun and for the most part they were fine (getting them up in the bun hurt a little but once up, they were fine) they do show a when put up so I wore a headband. (I'm not an expert so that also could be my fault) they are a little course, but also thays to be expected with the price, but even if you dont soften them, they do still LOOK natural which was what I was going for. Overall, these are really good for the price, but if you're looking for hair that look feels, AND is like real hair without maintenance, these arent for you. They still look decent however. What I really like about them is that they don't shine like a neon sign. I got the silver gray color which matches my hair fairly well. If I wash my hair with purple shampoo I can match them nearly exactly. My hair is 20 inches long so I had to trim these. I rarely wear extensions but once in awhile I like a thicker braid. Im quite happy with them. All that being said, WHAT I DID NOT LIKE, was the seller request that I not rate them less than four stars without contacting them. Don't tell me how to rate your product. No matter how good a product is, there will be someone who complains about it. It is the nature of sales. You can certainly respond to negative comments from people. Trying to "politely" coerce people into rating your product better than they might otherwise think it to be is dishonest. I would have given it a four star rating anyway. It suits my "occasional use" needs perfectly. This would unlikely be the case for someone who wanted to wear it daily. Most people understand that if they want the best quality and most natural looking extensions that they must buy human hair at a much higher price. Some people have great expectations about products with four and five star ratings. Trying to pad ratings just sets you up for customers with unrealistic expectations, and ticked off customers. The product can stand on its own merits for the price, so allow it to do that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best value for sure! *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 4, 2019* Granted, these extensions would last about a month with everyday use, they're great quality. If you only wore them on occasions I'm sure you could keep these for almost a year. The clips are a bit cheap but they HOLD the hair in there very well. They don't budge around on you. The hair itself is quite soft, easy to brush. HOWEVER, the ends do tend to dry out. You need to add some kind of moisture to last two or three inches to the hair before and after every use. Also avoid washing if you can. I've washed them and as long as you give them a good condition, they continue work wonders. I suggest washing only if dirty/have product build up. I have also blowdried them on low heat/cold air, straightened them briskly with my straightener set to the same settings I would use on my own hair, etc. Haven't curled them though just because I'm well aware that the synthetic hair couldn't handle the heating time a curl requires. Running through them with a straightener is 100% fine though, just don't let the hair sit on your iron for more than a few seconds at a time! Once these extensions dry out, they are quite hard to work with and bring back to the land of the living. Up until they dry on you, they're really ideal for a beginner with extensions. Trim them if needed when they dry, but be mindful the length is also another plus. The colors look a bit wonky, so I did order two sets and mixed the two and I highly suggest the same for you ladies out there wondering if you're in-between shades. Another comment worth making is that you might want to purchase two sets.
