Small businesses lose a ton of money when sellers on here sell their product. Ted's prices are the same as Amazon's and his shipping is FAST, free, and guaranteed (a lot of these sellers don't back up shipping damage). Secondly, regardless of where you shop go to the Nokout website to read all of the ways to properly use this stuff. If you follow his directions the applications are endless. I used it for mothball smell remediation and frankly that sort says it all. I had a vintage wool sweater that I wanted to salvage from Grandma's closet--a cold soak in a dilution of this stuff got it out. Whereas several other seemingly similar products did not... But I'm also thrilled because it can be used as a scentless air freshener. When the bathroom or garbage or dog stinks up the house I don't want to just "cover" the smell... this stuff chemically diffuses the bacteria molecules that cause odor. Most importantly however--this stuff is incredibly natural and safe. The key ingredient in it is a chemical that has been used for decades as a safer alternative to bleach for water purification. This product differs from the water purifiers however in that it does contain surfactants which is how it is able to work in so many different applications. But again--check the website for dilution rates. This little spray bottle shouldn't really be used undiluted for any of the applications that I've used yet! Finally, Ted's customer service is outstanding. That's the main thing that motivated me to write a review... I review products here sometimes, but Ted was dogged in helping me. The guy seriously played phone tag with me for a week, which I appreciate to no end, because I am terrible about picking up my cell phone. They smelled horribly of "fish" when we got home.
