It was delivered quickly, did not have any scrapes or chips from shipping and was super easy to assemble. The only thing I will point out is that when we first received it and assembled it, it was SO TIGHT to turn but once we loosened them up on top they were totally fine. My daughter LOVES this bike and she plays like one of the boys. It has held up well. We purchased the 20 inch and it fits her perfectly.
