Stanley J6168F Proto 1/4-inch Drive Dial Torque Wrench 6-30 in-lbs., 7-35 cm kg 6-30 in-lbs. thru 120-600 in-lbs./7-35 cm kg thru 140-700 cm kg. Accurate to 4% of torque reading in both directions at 20% to 100% of full scale. Industrial all steel or aluminum torque transfer components. High alloy torsion drive design — accuracy not effected by hand position. Dual scale (English/Metric) with clockwise and counterclockwise operation — fewer wrenches needed to complete job. Memory needles are standard on all wrenches except electric light models. Easy-to-read, high contrast scale. Laser marked serial number for traceability. N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable CW certification supplied with each wrench.

Review: High Quality - I really did not need this but it was so cheap in the warehouse deals I could not pass it up great for small engines and hobby stuff. USA Made very high quality.
Review: A good product with zero Customer Service. - This is a CDI/Snap-On Tools product. Customer Service is non-existent with this product, in my experience. I over torqued my wrench (100% my fault), and sent it to the CDI Factory Service repair center per their website info. The only reason I knew they had received it was through the UPS delivery receipt. CDI had my wrench for nearly 3 months, and never reached out as to repair status or estimated return date. I sent several emails and left voice mails, all went completely ignored. No response whatsoever. I finally submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, and only then did they send me an email stating they couldn’t fix the product and that they were sending it back to me. A supposed Customer Service rep then left me a voice mail to contact her. I have attempted to do so and left a voice mail. Once again, crickets. I’ll never buy a Snap-On Tools brand product again.

I really did not need this but it was so cheap in the warehouse deals I could not pass it up great for small engines and hobby stuff. USA Made very high quality.

This is a CDI/Snap-On Tools product. Customer Service is non-existent with this product, in my experience.
