We're both around 200lbs, 5'7 with a bit of tummy to us. Reading the reviews I ordered one size down for the both of us (Large), we normally wear XL. So happy I ordered down bc they fit us perfectly.I'm very active and these pants kept up with me. Moisture wicks away quickly, they're opaque, and the pockets are so deep my phone and keys stay in there no matter what I'm doing (as you can see from pic of me climbing a tree).My mom loves the control top. It certainly holds you in without being so tight that it's uncomfortable. My mother is in her 60s and wears them conservatively with a long loose top or sweater to cover her bottom. I wear them fashionably with a crop top or workout top.
