## Description

Recessed Puck Lights, Under Cabinet Lighting 12V Plug In, 3000K Warm White | 2-3/8" Cutout, Bult In Wired Puck Lights Dimmable for Cabinets, Shelves, Display Case, Curio, Halogen Bulb Retrofit, 6 Pack - desertcart.com

Review: Good quality...but better customer service! - These are direct replacements for the old style halogen 'pucks' which were the nemesis of everyone a decade ago. They will fit nearly anywhere you need them to and can easily be recessed into a 2 inch by 1/2 inch hole (if you prefer) where the ring around the fixture will hide any imperfections--sort of like a ceiling fixture ring. The lights snap together with included harnesses but you can easily clip off the fittings and wire them however you wish. The transformer provides 12V DC current and the fixtures are sensitive to polarity so keep that in mind if you decide to do a custom job. The light is a soft white and can be dimmed with the included inline manual dimmer. You cannot dim these at the outlet or with a wall switch nor can you change the color or the temp of the light. Once installed, the included 12 V wall wart burned out ( they sometimes do and I am hoping it isn't an ongoing issue) but I had already made a sizeable investment in installing these in a built in bookcase. A text to the seller brought an immediate response and a replacement set in 48 hours. Products sometimes fail and that is an unfortunate fact. But a seller that stands by his product and provides excellent after sales service deserves a special place in my hall of fame. Good product, good seller. Worth buying.
Review: Excellent Quality - Replaced old, hot halogen lights with these nice bright and cool ones last year. Easy to install using existing wiring, fit in existing holes, and work better then originals.

## Features

- Bright Recessed Puck Lights - Each 2 W LED puck light provides 160 lm of focused illumination for under cabinet lighting, shelf lighting and display lighting; choose 3000K warm white, 4000K natural white or 6000K daylight white
- Dimmable Cabinet Lighting - The included rotary dimmer provides smooth 0–100% brightness adjustment for task or accent lighting; built-in memory returns the lights to the last brightness setting after power is restored
- Recommended 2-3/8" Cutout - For the best fit, use a 2-3/8" (60 mm) mounting hole with a standard 2-3/8" hole saw; also compatible with cutouts up to 2-1/2" (63.5 mm). Fixture body: 2.16" (55 mm); outer trim: 2.75" (70 mm); recessed depth: 0.79" (20 mm)
- 12V Plug-In Lighting Kit - Power adapter, dimmer and central hub create one simple lighting system; each puck connects independently to the 3-port or 6-port hub, making installation easier across separate cabinets and shelves
- Versatile Cabinet and Display Lighting - Use these low-profile recessed lights for kitchen cabinets, bookshelves, display cases, floating shelves, curio cabinets, closets and home bars where a clean built-in lighting look is preferred

### ⭐⭐⭐ underpowered
*by R***X on January 3, 2024*

The lights are basically what they are advertised to be, and seem to be of good quality. However, they are not very bright so I am returning them. The coaxial connectors are smaller than the most common size (008) so I couldn't use other connectors I had in place when I tried to replace the existing cabinet lights. I think they are 009. The dimmer works very well and I liked that the transformers did not require a minimum load.
