The book itself is accessible and full of "ah-hah" moments (and the occasional forehead slap when you ask yourself "why am I not doing this"). If you want to actively build your sales acumen and take your business to the next-level, you need to add this book to your quick reference shelf. It's direct, it's easy to share and communicate amongst a sales team, and if you implement the ideas and processes - it will work.

I have read a lot of books and have been through almost every sales training on earth (Personal Power, Solution Selling, Zig Ziglar, etc. etc.). The FRESH perspectives from this book along with practical guides to use what you learn makes this book a standout in an sales industry filled with 'also ran' concepts that don't work in the real world. What Alex teaches you in this book works and is what it takes to find success in today's business world. If you follow what he teaches you will increase your sales, better your customer relationships and most importantly improve your quality of life.
