I wear flats (shoes)and can feel the bumps under my feet which bothers me some, but love that it is very easy to adjust the positioning. Disappointing that I can’t lock the position in place if I wanted to make it flat on top. It just rocks fully to one side or the other. I can see someone who is hyper liking this so they can rock it back and forth on the ground with their feet for stimming.
