Trisha Burr, in my opinion, is the best tutor for this type of embroidery, and every design I have ever seen done by her is simply wonderful, so who wouldn't want to be taught by her. I definitely recommend any book on needlepainting produced by her to anyone interested in learning how to do this beautiful style of stitching. I'm certainly looking forward to learning myself, and can't wait to give it a go. Fun projects with excellent illustrations and photographs. Well written step by step instructions match perfectly with the photographs. Ms. Burr is very upbeat and writes a book that you feel that "Yes! I can do this!". Of course, its fun to find the vintage look for the children, the birds are really cute but the flowers are incredible.
