With the major changes in regulations under ARRA, HITECH and etc, some of the legal items are out of date. I still recommend this book if you want to learn. Not a good book if you are relying on it for the HIT-001 certification. The CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician certification exam was not difficult and does not require near the knowledge this book teaches.
