Great item that provides a high level of resistance for toning your thighs, chest and hips just as the listing stated.  The seller's listing made my product choice easy as it has images and clearly written instructions of all the workouts that you can do with this item. Fab!

This arrived yesterday iv used it a few times but not sure I want to keep using it as its already got a stress mark on it so a little weary of just now much it can take before it breaks

Pretty pointless, adds hardly any resistance and you end up just flapping your legs, not good for toning. Also I’ve only used it a few times and there’s stress marks on the plastic already
