A: hi veronica, generally it will help with oil stains but if the oil has seeped in the cement it may be difficult. ed 21deals

**Q: Can it clean an oil spil on cement**
A: I have never tried it on cement. I do know that it works on grills and kitchen stoves. So far it has worked on everything that I have tried it on.
