I have been intrigued with acupressure points, acupuncture points, and as of late, Marma points, for use in my healing practice over the past few years.  I use these points energetically, as opposed to manual stimulation. So, up to the release of this book I was always looking for better guides, maps, and general information for the Marmas.  This book delivered exactly what I needed.This book is a very complete and comprehensive guide to Marmas, their locations, what they govern, and how to interact with them based on Ayurvedic medicine. Invaluable information contained here that is as good a guide as I have seen so far.
