I am trying to go as close to vegetarian as I can and many dishes at a Thai restaurant are available as non-meat versions. This kit has the rice noodles and the Phad Thai sauce. You will have to add everything else. You have to soak the noodles first to prepare. I boiled some water in a microwave oven and then soaked in a container the length of the noodles...this will be the longest step so do this first and then prep the vegetables, tofu, peanuts, etc. after that is going for a while. It's a great kit but I wish the sauce was somewhat more spicy as it was a little tame compared to restaurant version.
