So we were skeptical initially but still went ahead with the purchase as our experience in Amazon had been rock solid for a long long timePros:*The sofa cushions are amazing with great colors , They really brighten up the living area.*The sofa cushions are not spongy and provide good comfortable seat*The color combination of the sofa black and grey along with cushions gives a very elegant look*Great customer service as this sofa is shipped from Mumbai across India , the presence of prompt customer service team is of great help ,In my case , because of transportation , the drawer on the Right hand side needed some carpentry work that was promptly taken care of by customer service teamThings to keep in mind while ordering furniture onlineThere might be some variation in different shades of color in the photograph and actual sofa, so it would be prudent to ask the Adorn team to share the photograph of the sofa or furniture before finalizing the order .Do engage the customer service team for clarifications and questions as it is a high value item and shipping cost for the seller is surely on the higher side .
