I did not receive any reply to address these issues, but did receive 2 more separate emails requesting a review, so here are the issues I have experienced. All of the inks print much darker than the image I am attempting to print. I have never run a clean print head, but that needs to happen because I get streaks all over my prints - even on documents. The black prints out with a greenish hue for some reason, and it totally ruins anything I am trying to print. And the customer service is more concerned with reviews than addressing the concerns of the customer.**update- after writing review, the company told me they replied to my first email with concerns. Turns out, it went to my spam and was attended to quite promptly. Within 3 days of writing the review, I received an apology and a replacement set of inks.
