My guess is when you cast this, you will be overlaying several layers. I think you would need a very sharp knife or handsaw to cut it at this point. You also may find that the cut edges would be a bit rough as the cast will splinter to a certain degree once cut. Hope this is of help Tom. **Q: It still feels a little damp after 2 hours, only one layer. Anyone found this problem?** A: Had no problem with it. If the surface you're casting on is non-porous, drying may be affected.
