My only issue was that there was extraneous crap on the drive that I could not remove, so I only got 3.63TB of storage! Seagate, stop putting extra crap on these drives. I paid for 4TB, I want 4 TB! But it works perfectly. I did a massive data transfer (1.6TB) at midnight and upon waking at 7:30AM it was complete. I used to buy Toshibas, until I purchased a 2TB that completely deleted all my files in a matter of a few months. I was told Seagate hard drives are real good, that's why I purchased it. I gave Tech Support two stars because I have not contacted Seagate for technical support so I can't give it a 5 star.
