I mean, you'd never know it to look at him but he's had doctors and x-ray techs surprised with how bad it is. Due to this we're always on the lookout for relief for him. Personally, I find this neck wrap cumbersome and a lil large. However, it works for him very well as he's pretty broad with much bigger shoulders than me. He's used it both cold and warm and says it works pretty well either way, and it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide off. He doesn't care for the smell of lavender and it does smell strongly, but not overwhelmingly so, of lavender so that is a minus for him. However, he keeps using it, several times a week, so it helps. It seems to be well made also as we've had no seam rips or tears in the fabric.
