It's VERY stiff, but can be shaped to conform to your body shape. The pockets aren't quite as easy to get into as I would have liked, but I'm hoping that will improve over time.The only actual problem I had is with the washers inside the front pocket. Almost every time I went to retrieve something from that pocket, I would catch the washer under my nail and it hurt like hell. I'm going to try putting duck tape over them.I had multiple people approach me to tell me they loved the apron and ask where I got it. Many of them thought it was leather.
