From my experience with urethral sounding, I've enjoyed using Surgilube as it is not messy, not sticky, and very smooth. I would advise you to google surgilube or ask jeeves to find out more information as Surgilube apparently is used for many medical procedures as well as sexual pleasure. It is comparable to KY Jelly. I wish I could give you a definite answer but has served it purpose well for my sexual activity. Not gooey, not sticky, constantly smooth. I really like but have not used it with condoms, etc. Only urethral sounding. Hope this helps. Clay **Q: What are the ingredients ?** A: Surgilube® contains Chlorhexidine, a bacteriostatic that kills micro-flora, which can expose a weak immune system to secondary/opportunistic infections.
