I've had this book for some two years now-- and it has never, ever failed to produce a wonderful dish. If you have a love for Desi food, you need this sucker in your kitchen. Seriously.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brought me right back to the famed SF restaurant!

I made several recipes for dinner, including my favorite from the restaurant in San Francisco - the Stuffed Bananas. Following the instructions to the letter each dish was perfection. The Stuffed Bananas turned out EXACTLY as I remembered them and I immediately felt like I was back in that beautiful restaurant- listening to the Sitar playing and feeling happy and well-loved by the food and the family who ran it. When the restaurant closed I was heartbroken- and now my heart and stomach are happy and full again!
