A: Mine was medium and fit perfectly 
I believe small would too , whoever the fabric is almost see through so you have to sew a layer fabric inside that will match the dress.

This was clearly not made to be a Selena costume. If that's what you are looking for do not buy this. The front pieces of fabric are not sewn to cross in front and leave a cutout at the stomach. The two pieces meet at the middle of the pant, which creates full coverage on top and a lot of extra saggy fabric. If you look at Selena's outfit the top pieces come from the side of the waist, this creates the cutout shape at the stomach and avoids extra sagging fabric. It's a mess and now I have to rush to find a new costume for tomorrow.
