    Basic ankle strap

Got this as the ankle straps at the gym kept disappearing.  It works fine.  It does tend to get caught on itself (Velcro) if you rotate it around your ankle to different directions, but so does every other strap I have ever used.  If you place it, and keep  it in place, it is comfortable and does not slide out of place.

I am using the ankle straps in physical therapy to put on the pulley ropes. I have problems with my hands, so I'm putting my hands through the straps instead of holding on to the pulley. It is working perfectly and saving my hands. I also tie the elastic stretch bands to the rings on the straps. Instead of holding onto the stretch bands I put my hands through the strap.
