I think the only thing I had gripes with which isn't necessarily against the pot itself was that shipping took a bit from it came from Europe and the packaging was torn up when I received it. They’re attractive planters and my pots usually do really well in them. One of the parts I like best is the water level indicator, which is easy to see and super low tech (literally a plastic stick with a little styrofoam piece at the end; it rises when there’s water in the reservoir and falls back down as it empties). The first time, that mechanism was a little tricky to assemble, but YouTube videos did the job. These are pricey, but they hold up well long term.
