A: I really liked the Strawberry-Lime, it reminds me of a slushy as well. You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these.

A: Watermelon and Grape are the best. Orange and Pineapple were good, not great.

**Q: Do you take this instead of muscletech whey for example.**
A: Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.

TANGERINE WAVE is my favorite dry powder OPTIMUM NUTRITION AMINO ENERGY product. Blueberry Lemonade and Pineapple flavors are also great. I’ve lost over 25# since last year. Great taste. Easy to mix. Can get ALL my favorite flavors in dry powder mix. No carbonation to increase my waist size. No drinking from any aluminum cans that cause my upper front dental bridge to turn black.
