I notice the front bulk head is lower then the bed rails.** A: The TruXedo has a foam/rubber seal that fits on the front of the bed. It does prevent rain from getting in. I haven't had any issues with mine on my 2019 Ranger. **Q: Can this be installed with plastic bed liner that covers up all bed threaded screws holes?** A: Yes, however you may need to notch holes in that over the rail bed liner to install the clamps. **Q: Does this cover lock?** A: Our cover does not lock, however if the cover is closed and the tailgate is locked this latch can not be accessed. **Q: Car wash? Would you leave the cover down and intact or roll it up when going through an automatic car wash like the ones at Costco? Any experience?** A: I've been through an automated car wash several times without issue. I leave it closed (not rolled up).
