I always hated to cook because of the time, effort, and money involved withrecipes only to discover they don't taste so great.  Not so with Marian's recipe books.  The recipes are easy to put together and taste great!  Have all her books!!!  Cooking all the time now with Marian and Wolfgang!

I recently bought the 8-qt Wolfgang Puch electric presure cooker and wanted the cookbook to give me some ideas on how to use it.  There were two recipes that I particularly wanted but found missing; pinto beans and BBQ pork ribs as I've seen on TV.  Although with the recipes for beef short ribs and another for BBQ pork chops I think I can figure it out.  I expect to try the pressure cooker during the holidays.I received the book in less than one week from an Amazon Seller and it's NEW, not "used and in good condition" as advertised.
