This is brilliant!  We have two house rabbits, and this is perfect!  It's easy to put together, the instructons are on the box (in English). You get a bag of extra filters and uk plug adapter.  Very impressed with it.Looking at others reviews I nearly didn't buy it.  Its not hard to do, they company seem easy to contact and very helpful.Our bunnies love it and would highly recommend.  Fantastic product and friendly company.  Great buy!

My cat does love this fountain but it can get very slimy inside and it is hard to clean. You have to take it apart. I  am trying different cleaners that won't harm my cat. The pump can get overed in cat hair and will stop working. The pump is easy to clean.

Rubbish.The item was unusable because the instructions on the box didn’t match the item inside and the plug was incompatible with U.K. points. A Returns label was denied and refund not given.
