As it is digital, there is very less chance of it becoming uncalibrated as it is for mechanical thermo-hygrometers. It is the best thermo-hygrometer for people on the move.Cons:Not found yet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful if you ignore the instruction sheet! *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 February 2016* I've been running a large dehumidifier in a damp room for a couple of weeks (I'm dreading my electricity bill!) and wanted to see if I'd solved the problem. We bought this hygrometer as it gathered better reviews than some of the cheaper ones. My partner kept muttering that it wasn't working but, when I looked, he hadn't taken out the piece of cellophane which covers the battery. I removed this and it immediately gave us a reading for the lounge. As someone else pointed out, the instructions are risible and we didn't care about the alarm and other functions so didn't bother to set the other functions up.
