The packaging was just about destroyed upon arrival, and the brush head picks up dry shampoo so quickly it already looks old. I expected more for such an expensive brush. update:Now I'm finally getting rid of the brush - I use a lot of dry shampoo, and it became difficult to keep clean. After a while, it would deposit old flakes of dry shampoo back into my hair, even if I clean it.
