Missing pieces/screws, therefore, I could not complete assembly. I was not optimistic about this shoe rack and it’s functionality. Too expensive for this item however, even if it had cost $10.00, I would not have purchased this shoe rack knowing how cheaply made it is. Not a durable piece. Amazon customer service was great and addressed my issues regarding the missing pieces. CS immediately provided me with easy instructions and information on returning the item.
