I'm about a size 4 or maybe 5 in pants and I got a medium in these and they fit PERFECTLY. They look like black denim, but feel almost like sweatpants. I am seriously surprised about how nice these shorts are considering they are coming from Amazon (no offense). They are also a nicely modest length, maybe 3-4 inches longer than short shorts, but still really feminine and trendy and not prude-ish at all. My only complaint is that the bottoms do tend to ride up a lot and I have to pull them down, but I have that problem with most shorts anyway. I definitely recommend these shorts to anyone!!
