The assembly was super quick -- she only needed help from a 2nd person at the final stage of tying the sticks together, but it's been up and sturdy ever since, even with the wild one in and out of it!She laid down some blankets and pillows inside for her to make it cozy. It also has storage pockets on the sides of the tent on the inside, so she gets to store some books and toys in there. My niece is in and out of that tent all day -- it's become her little baby cave! Plus, the twinkly lights it came with are so adorable! They have different settings to stay on or "twinkle" (blink).Definitely a great purchase for the kiddos, and she has plenty of room to grow into it! (My sister can sit in there with her, so score on roominess, too!)So far, I can't think of anything bad to say. It was a great purchase, and I'm so glad I made it. While it’s a little unstable, it’s as study as a tee pee can be without adding a frame to the floor. My son had been in and out of it all week and I haven’t had to make adjustments to keep it standing. Having the floor sewn to the sides was a must for me and totally worth the extra few days shipping time. The 2 wooden balls, bolt and wing nut that stabilize the polls at the top are a must; do not buy a tee pee without these. The little flags and Christmas lights are very cute as well. I had no trouble assembling this myself using the one page of directions included, though the seller sent additional instructions by email. I would 100% recommend this product for the price, I’m very impressed by the value. Gave it a 4☆ for sturdiness because I do have to adjust the legs sometimes, but its probably my carpet. The poles are held tightly and I don't fear there is an issue with it collapsing. My children. Me and my 11 year old assembled it. Very easy. Material looks long lasting. Thicker than a sheet which is nice because I thought it would be cheap and thin...its not.
