I read the reviews and decided to place the order. After delivery I began to read the directions then looked things over. To my surprise there were scratches on the vacuum and the dust cup had grey cat fur and a small piece of wood! There was dirt around the cup and the filter also. Then I knew this was a return and now realized the adapter was missing rendering this vacuum useless! If I return this someone else will have this useless vacuum and on top of that Amazon's stock is out and they don't know if or when they can replenish stock! Guess there is no review when customer's return items! I love ordering from Amazon Prime but will think again next time!
