How does the female nozzle work?** A: The nozzles are side by side and drop down only when activated. When the knob is turned to Wash, the regular cleaning nozzle will drop down. When the knob is turned to Women, the women's nozzle will drop down. The women's nozzle has a slightly lower angle and softer spray. **Q: Any suggestions for toilet seats (specific brands and models) compatible with the Neo 185 and/or 180 bidet attachments?** A: They fit all seats, i got hold of some thicker bolts to go through the toilet seat to make it a little more secure, it doesnt move at all, i heard you might need bumpers, look in walmart for them. I bought the aquaus t adapter for $20 on amazon to control the water supply to the bidet without affecting the water supply to the toilet tank. Its also unobtrusive - you don't have to move anything if you don't want to use it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install, great bathroom upgrade *by M***B on June 30, 2026* I wasn’t sure if I was going to need help installing, but I did it myself with no plumbing experience. It came with everything needed to install, and instructions were very clear, easy to understand and follow. Easy to clean, and still easy to clean the toilet itself. The only downside is I have a small space between the toilet and the and sink cabinet so it’s a tight space. But that’s unavoidable - just be mindful of how much room the bidet arm will need on the right side of the toilet. Super easy to use, knobs are easy to turn - just make sure you’ve turned the aim knob when you’re cleaning otherwise you’ll get an eye (or mouth) full lol .Also make sure you know which position the knob is in before you turn the water. We got the one with the feminine wash - it makes a difference. Going on three months since it was installed, no leaks and no loosening issues. I made sure to tighten everything correctly and the bidet hasn’t moved, slipped at all. The only thing I had to tighten was the toilet seat but I had to do that once in a while even before installing the bidet.
