Review: A great way to find your preference - I’ve been struggling to find variety packs of reeds as a new player and have loved this small sample pack. The reeds are great quality and have performed excellently. With a lot of choices in the pack you can do many different things and play in different styles. Overall I found the Java Red to be the easiest and best sounding as a beginner. Close 2nd was Java Green. Try them all out! You’ll definitely learn your preference. Review: Good value. - If you don't know what reed will work with your mouthpiece, this is the way to go. I was able to figure out that the ideal reed for my mouthpiece (basic Yamaha 4C soprano) is the V16. Before this, I was endlessly searching reddit/forums for suggestions. It allows you to save your money for a full pack of reeds. ## Features - Economical way to try out all four jazz style reeds - Also available in other strengths - Every reed sealed in 'Flow Pack' to ensure freshness. - Each reed has their own unique characteristics worth sampling - Reed comparison chart included on all Mix Cards ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00JVXZSKE | | Best Sellers Rank | #10,048 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #10 in Soprano Saxophone Reeds | | Brand | Vandoren | | Brand Name | Vandoren | | Color | Strength 2.5 | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 163 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00008576132880 | | Included Components | Mix Card; 1 ZZ reed; 1 V16 reed; 1 JAVA Green reed; 1 JAVA Red reed; Reed comparison chart | | Item Dimensions | 6.5 x 0.25 x 5.5 inches | | Item Type Name | Soprano Saxophone Reeds | | Item Weight | 22.68 g | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 6.5 x 0.25 x 5.5 inches | | Manufacturer | Vandoren | | Manufacturer Part Number | SRMIXS25 | | Material | Cane, Plastic | | Material Type | Cane, Plastic | | Model Number | SRMIXS25 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Set Name | Soprano Sax Jazz Reed Mix Card | | Style | Strength 2.5 | | UPC | 008576132880 | | Warranty Description | Vandoren does not warranty this product. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Vandoren - **Color:** Strength 2.5 - **Item Weight:** 22.68 g - **Material:** Cane, Plastic - **Style:** Strength 2.5 ## Images ![SRMIXS25 Soprano Sax Jazz Reed Mix Card includes 1 each ZZ, V16, JAVA Green and JAVA Red Strength 2.5 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Ew5AR68-L.jpg) ![SRMIXS25 Soprano Sax Jazz Reed Mix Card includes 1 each ZZ, V16, JAVA Green and JAVA Red Strength 2.5 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/812yecgybfL.jpg) ![SRMIXS25 Soprano Sax Jazz Reed Mix Card includes 1 each ZZ, V16, JAVA Green and JAVA Red Strength 2.5 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61njXdWNrhL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great way to find your preference *by G***. on July 4, 2024* I’ve been struggling to find variety packs of reeds as a new player and have loved this small sample pack.
