They are very well made and super cute, nice bright pink color, but the best part is that there was no chemical smells to them. Unfortunately they did not fit my daughter well so I contacted the cell number provided on the invoice. I decided to text rather than call and my text was answered back in 4 minutes. The lady I was texting with (I later found out she was a mom too) was very sympathetic and understanding and immediately offered a return or a replacement. I decided on the replacement since I REALLY like the shoes and the exceptional quality. She ended up sending me 8 replacements (at no additional cost to me) to see which one would fit my daughter better, and a return label to return what I did not want to keep. Talk about excellent customer service! If you are on the fence because of the price...or because you are having a difficult time finding shoes for your baby, like I did....order with confidence.
