After a bit of clumsiness on my part, I was able to put the stove together pretty quickly. Fully assembled, this thing is very sturdy. It might be prudent to make sure the feet of the stove are properly grounded when you use it, but it can definitely hold up some weight. I tried it with my 12" cast iron skillet and, even though the skillet was a bit big for the stove, the whole setup didn't creak, wobble, or bend. I especially like how neatly and thinly it folds up! It's got some weight, but it's steel, of course, it would. The firestarter, by the way is very cool! Throws a nice bright shower of sparks.
