We have had ours for a year now, and it has been great not having to search for other cups as my daughter got older! I was nervous when we first got this product due to all the complaints about the lid cracking being a common issue. And sure enough the lid did crack, but it was after a year of having the product, and my daughter throwing it on the ground everyday( it's her favorite activity). I sent the company an email and they shipped it out that day. Yes, the lid needs some work, but the quality of the rest of the product is awesome, and all I had to do was send an email.
