I'm not sure what all the positive reviewers got but what I got is balloon cups that DID NOT FIT onto the 12 sticks provided. the diameter of the balloon cup end and the diameter of the sticks were identical, there was no way the pieces will go together without taping them which would be very difficult. There were 2 tiny peg like connectors for connecting the 10 smaller diameter sticks together, and one larger one for connecting the 2 larger diameter sticks. Those connectors could have been used to attach the balloon cups to the balloon sticks but they don't give you NEARLY ENOUGH. You absolutely cannot make the balloon centerpiece shown with different levels with what you are provided with . Aside from that, BOTH BASES ARRIVED CRACKED INTO PIECES inside the padded envelope, there were NO instructions, the balloon cups were beyond flimsy and warped.
