The recipe came complete with instructions on how to make my own blend, but being that it was my first time, I felt like it would be less wasteful to buy the blend should I not like this recipe. Fortunately, the dish came out beautifully and the mekelesha added a really nice finishing touch. Only problem is that I’d like to reorder and I have to wait two months!!
