I bought it for my daughter for her prom so needed it urgently. The sellers communication was excellent and the product arrived within 5 days. The hair has been washed and on my daughters head for 3 weeks and there's been no shedding or tangling and the hair is soft and true to length. It curls well. My hairdresser was impressed with the hair.
