It is great for getting your back nice and clean. *by R***! on July 1, 2019* It is actually pretty soft on the small bristle side, and I enjoy the tentacle looking side for a rough massage if I had a rough day. It feels like tentacles to me. I get the small bristle side all lathered up with soap, and then I as I wash the massage side gets soapy. Now there is never any left behind soap when I exit the shower.
