I like the large size and that it is flat. I have had a problem with my sciatic nerve in my lower back and this has been perfect for me. Bought this for my husband who needs size 2XL. It’s very adjustable, and can be used by a smaller person, like myself, too. It has two sets of Velcro straps, which make it fit any shape body and in any position on the body. The pocket for the reusable heat/ice pack is perfectly sized, and velcros shut when not in use. Having a strap on ice-pack helps someone who is hurting move about, sit in a chair, etc. A little more than I wanted to spend, but I think it’s worth it.
