Like the other wood toys they produce, this rider is very well built and made from non toxic materials. Unfortunately, this did not work for our little walker as the wheels didn't provide enough resistance for pulling up and beginner walking practice. This seems like a good walker/rider for a little more advanced walking toddler.

Hape makes incredibly quality products. Like the other wood toys they produce, this rider is very well built and made from non toxic materials. Beautiful, classic looking toy. My girl pushes it and uses it as a stroller. I also put her on it and push her. She can't turn it quite yet but it's light enough for her to do it once she figures it out. Perfect to hold her balance while she practices walking. One day she'll be able to use it like a little motorcycle. High quality toy and worth every penny.
