If yours does as well, this would not work unless you replace the variable speed switch with a 3 position switch. To my eye this looks slightly taller than my current motor as well, though that may just be the angle of the picture, and I since I haven't ordered a replacement for mine yet (though I desperately need to soon) I also can't vouch for the angle/length of the mounting arms.
