What is in the material that would cause this? I ordered different ones from another company in case the smell does not subside. I don’t think it’s dangerous to my bird because I would have never put them in his cage if I thought they would be dangerous to his health. I even washed the plastic inserts twice because they stink!!! ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY! TERRIBLE SMELL! I don't even know what the smell is, but it won't come off my hands after touching it even after washing them with soap. After a day or so she was right in there and now seems to love it. She loves to sleep in there and I simply drape her Cozy Cover over the top of her cage. She laid eggs in the last one but to early to tell with this one. This one is much better built than the last and I think more decorative.
