Works *by A***R on February 18, 2026* A back saver! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredibly useful but fragile *by E***P on October 20, 2020* Product is very easy to use and dramatically helps with reducing time to feed strap for securing pallet contents. Due to the construction of the product using a fiberglass rod however makes it pretty fragile for use in a tough shipping environment with heavy moving objects and my unit suffered a irrepairable breakage within 3 months of ownership and the rod is not replaceable. EDIT: StrapBandit customer support is stellar and offers a fairly unconditional warranty replacement and replaced my unit free of charge.
