This is a nice quality sturdy press. It's very easy to use and keep clean. I definitely recommend using the parchment for the top and bottom to keep your burger from sticking, but that's the same with any press. Works ok. Have to use parchment paper with it otherwise you’ll break the patties. Great for making stuffed burgers and shaping patties. Good thing to have in the cabinet. Handle comes off for storage
